I'll admit I did not know there was anything going on beyond 11th Ave in the west 60's. I have traded a few condos on West 60th Street over the years but the neighborhood generally stopped 2-3 blocks behind Time Warner Center.

Each architect is designing a unique glass tower and each tower has different pricing, carrying charges and personality. A 20-year tax abatement will help to offset the $2.50/SF + building monthlies. In addition to the more commonly found services such as a 24 Hr concierge, parking & resident's lounges, the common charges cover an enormous array of individual and shared amenities. Those include tennis, squash & basketball courts, an Olympic length swimming pool, boxing, yoga & pilates studios & more unique amenities like a digital recording studio, bowling alley, & even an indoor gardening center. The buildings will be connected by landscaped public gardens.
Current pricing is beating the market with $2,300-$2,800 /SF offerings of 1-5 bedroom residences.
